What is included in my ticket?
All tickets include access to the full day of activities: AI career talks, entrepreneur pitch competition, pickleball tournament, family activities, and the evening dinner event.
I live outside Dallas, when should I arrive?
We recommend arrival and check-in on Friday, October 31st, 2025 at the hotel (Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North). The hotel provides 24/7 shuttle service to and from DFW airport. Ride share options such as Uber, Lyft, etc. are also available from both DWF and DAL airports.
What are my lodging/stay options?
For those traveling from outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we recommend staying at the event venue for maximum convenience and to fully enjoy all activities.

Is this event family-friendly?
Absolutely! The FAST Alumni Reunion is designed for the whole family. We have dedicated kids-friendly setup with food and activities during the dinner time.
Is there any dress-code for the event?
Business casual, semi-formal outlook is recommended for the career talks, sponsor meetups, and dinner. Comfortable athletic wear is suggested for the pickleball tournament.
Where exactly is the venue?
The event is held at 2401 Bass Pro Dr, Grapevine, TX 76051 (Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North). This is an easily accessible venue with ample parking and all the facilities needed for our Texas-sized celebration.
Can I participate in activities without special registration?
While general admission gives you access to most activities, registering for specific activities (panel discussions, pickleball) is required.
What are the targeted demographics for career talks?
Three separate sessions are planned for AI-focused career talks for students, fresh graduates who are starting their careers, as well as experienced and seasoner professionals, and women in tech to benefit a wide range of audience.

What skill level is needed for pickleball?
All skill levels are welcome! We'll have separate brackets for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. If you've never played before, this is a great opportunity to try it out!
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes! Networking is built into the entire day. From the career talks to the dinner event, you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow FAST alumni and their families.
