Who We Are
Our Mission
Connecting FAST-NU graduates across North America — fostering lifelong bonds between alumni, students, and the University.
FAST-NU Alumni Association, United States Chapter was established to reach, serve, and engage FAST-NU alumni residing in the United States of America. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the state of Washington, FAA-NA provides current students with goodwill and financial support while building a vibrant alumni community that spans generations and continents. We strive to ensure the participation and representation of graduates of all backgrounds — united by one institution, one spirit.
What We Do
Our Work
FAST Scholarship Fund
"Investing in the next generation of FAST graduates."
For over two decades, FAA-NA has supported capable and deserving students at FAST through our financial assistance program. By enabling students from underserved families to complete their degrees, we have created a lasting cycle of opportunity — graduates who go on to secure meaningful careers and give back to their communities. This is your chance to invest in your Alma Mater and help shape the future of FAST.
FAST Research Fund
"Advancing knowledge through world-class alumni-backed research."
Our research fund is a bold initiative to bootstrap high-impact research opportunities for FAST students. We fund broadly applicable projects with the potential to be published in globally recognized venues such as ACM and IEEE forums. A dedicated network of FAST alumni research scientists reviews all proposals, upholding standards comparable to leading agencies like the US National Science Foundation (NSF). Funded research proudly acknowledges its donors.
FAST-NUCES & Michigan Universities
Our alumni community has played an active role in bridging FAST-NUCES with leading American universities. These formal agreements are a direct result of alumni advocacy, connections, and effort — opening real academic pathways for future FAST graduates right here in Michigan.
Study & Earn a US Degree at OU
FAST-NUCES is officially listed as a global partner of Oakland University under the School of Engineering and Computer Science. The agreement allows FAST students to spend a semester at OU earning transferable credits, or pursue a full 1+1 Master's degree — with OU accepting 16 transfer credits from FAST-NUCES toward graduation.
"This partnership is a product of our alumni network's presence and advocacy in Michigan. FAA-NA members helped establish the connection between FAST-NUCES and Oakland University's leadership."
1+1 Master's Pathway at U of M
FAST-NUCES recently signed a landmark MOU with the University of Michigan, establishing a 1+1 Master's Pathway. Students complete one year at FAST-NUCES and one year at U of M — earning an American Master's degree from one of the world's top-ranked public universities, with eligibility for US work authorization upon graduation.
"FAA-NA alumni in Michigan were instrumental in facilitating introductions and building the institutional trust that made this agreement with the University of Michigan possible."
Both universities are in Michigan — your FAA-NA alumni network is right here to support your journey.
